This white paper from the United States Sign Council, entitled Regulation of Electronic Message Display Signs, and produced by the Electronic Display Educational Resource Association (EDERA), is offered as a means of furthering the informational base necessary to allow the proper use and functioning of electronic signs in local zoning jurisdictions.
