Several subjects for Continual Improvement are in project stages, including iCable QA Documentation, High Pot testing, and a rewrite of the iCable training manual. The introduction of more suitable sized product labeling was also discussed. No non-conformances were observed and no opportunities for improvement were identified during the audit. “The company continues to run a well established business,” commented Terry Rust. ISO 9000 registration gives objective proof to customers that Electro-Matic Products, Inc. has an effective quality management system and that all of the standard’s requirements are met.
