Preliminary Operational Specification:
- Will be able to send 48 ASCII characters to sign over DeviceNet, but also be able to prestore 20 ASCII characters as a header to be appended to the beginning of the 48 bytes (if going to one sign then all header information like address and start of message, etc. can be prestored and are not
required to be send through DeviceNet).
- Will be able to prestore messages (up to 6000) on the sign and simply recall them through the DeviceNet network.
- Will be able to embed ASCII variable data and messages within a message.
- Will use FlexSender to prestore messages to the sign.
- Will be retrofitable to existing signs.
